Every cycle, more capital wants crypto's price without crypto's plumbing — the wallets, the keys, the exchange that might not open tomorrow. A CFD gives you exactly that separation: Bitcoin's chart on the same regulated account as your gold and your FX, long or short, with your funds held at Tier 1 banks rather than on someone's hot wallet.

The Case for CFDs

The price, minusthe counterparty circus.

The graveyard of crypto exchanges is long, and every name on it took client coins down with it. Trading crypto as a CFD restructures that risk entirely: you never hold the coin, so exchange insolvency, bridge hacks and lost seed phrases simply exit your threat model. What remains is pure price risk — which is the part you actually signed up for.

Shorting works the same way as going long — no borrow to locate, no funding-rate roulette. When the cycle turns, the down leg is as tradeable as the up.

Handle with Skill

The most volatile bookwe run — treat it that way.

01

Volatility Is the Product

Double-digit daily ranges are normal here, not exceptional. That cuts both ways with leverage: the position size that feels conservative in EURUSD is aggressive in BTCUSD. Size to the instrument's range, not to habit.

02

News Never Sleeps

Protocol exploits, regulatory headlines and exchange drama land at any hour. Stops are not optional equipment in this asset class — they are the seatbelt.

03

Correlation Snaps

Crypto trades like a tech index in some regimes and like its own planet in others. Do not assume yesterday's correlation protects today's hedge — check it.

04

Protection, Built In

Negative balance protection applies to crypto positions exactly as it does everywhere else on the account: whatever the gap, you cannot lose more than you deposited.

One Account, Whole Picture

Crypto beside gold,on purpose.

Keeping crypto on a separate venue means separate collateral, separate risk view and a transfer delay exactly when markets move. Here, BTCUSD sits in the same margin pool as XAUUSD and EURUSD — one equity figure, one liquidation logic, one place your risk actually lives.

FAQ

Crypto CFDs,asked and answered.

Can I withdraw my position as actual coins?

No — there is no underlying coin to deliver. CFD positions settle in USD to your account balance. If you want coins to hold, an exchange or self-custody serves that goal; this product serves trading.

When does crypto trade?

The underlying market never closes, but our crypto CFDs quote Monday 00:00 to Friday 24:00 (GMT+2). Exact hours and maintenance windows are published inside the platform.

Why is crypto leverage lower than FX?

Because 10% moves happen before breakfast. Margin tiers scale with realistic volatility so that ordinary turbulence does not become an account event.

Is my money on a crypto exchange?

No. Client funds sit segregated at major international banks under the same arrangements as every other IEXS account — crypto price feeds in, but exchange custody risk never does.
