Risk Disclosure — The Short Version
Leverage cutsboth ways.
CFDs are complex instruments and carry a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. You should consider whether you understand how CFDs work and whether you can afford to take the high risk of losing your money. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results; nothing on this website constitutes investment advice or a recommendation.
What protects you at IEXS — fund segregation, account insurance, negative balance protection — protects your deposits against operational failure. Nothing protects a position against the market. That part is, and always will be, yours.

Complaints Handling
If something goes wrong, this is the path.
Raise it with support
Open a ticket through the client portal describing the issue, with dates, order numbers and screenshots where relevant. Most matters are resolved at this stage.
Formal complaint
If unresolved, ask for your ticket to be escalated to a formal complaint. It is acknowledged, assigned an owner, and investigated against order logs and execution records.
Written outcome
You receive the finding and its reasoning in writing — what the records show, what will be adjusted if warranted, and why.
External escalation
Clients of the Australian entity who remain dissatisfied may refer eligible disputes to the external dispute-resolution channels applicable to ASIC-regulated licensees.
FAQ
Legal questions,answered straight.
Which document wins if translations differ?
The English original — it is the legally binding language of every contractual document. Translations are provided for convenience.
Where do I actually download the PDFs?
Right on this page — every card in the library above downloads the current PDF directly. No login, no request form.
Can the terms change after I open an account?
Terms can be updated; material changes are notified through the client portal before taking effect, and the PDFs on this page always carry the current version.
I still have a question the documents don't answer.
Ask 24/5 support through the client portal before signing anything. A question asked early is free; the same question asked after a dispute is expensive.
