Can I use one login across all platforms?
Your trading account credentials work across MT4/MT5 desktop, mobile and WebTrader simultaneously. The IEXS app adds client-portal functions on the same identity.
MetaTrader mobile or the IEXS App — which do I want?
MetaTrader mobile is the trading terminal. The IEXS App adds the account lifecycle: opening, verification, deposits and withdrawals. Most mobile-first clients run both.
Do alerts work when the app is closed?
Price and account push notifications are delivered by the platform servers, so they reach your device while the app is in the background.
Can I run EAs on mobile?
No — expert advisors run in the desktop terminal (or a VPS). Mobile manages the positions they open.
